Dual Shades Design
You have to see what dual roller shades can do! Two shades operate as individual shades: One light filtering roller shade and one blackout roller shade. The first shade filters the incoming light, resulting in a diffused glow, while the view is enhanced. The second shade drops into place to block the sunshine, creating a perfectly darkened environment with complete privacy.

What Are Zebra Blinds?
Banded shades are one of the types of roller shades that we offer, but they are commonly called “zebra blinds” throughout the industry. This nickname is due to the stripes formed when the two layers of fabric are rotated to show the striping and reveal the view. Rotated again, and the two layers put the solid stripes above and below each other, resulting in light blocking, with only subtle striping present.

These Hunter Douglas banded shades offer more than just the striped Zebra Blinds of other comapnies. Geometric patterns are available with curves and angled shapes. These layered shades function the same way: The patterns shift as the fabric layers are rotated, for varying levels of view-through and light control. With the shaped patterns, the shapes change when shifted, creating an artistic display of shape at the window.
